COST: All shipping is FREE! Once your order is handed to the carrier you will receive a tracking number.
Our prints are carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure safe delivery. In the event they do arrive damaged, please email us to initiate our return/exchange/refund policy.
If your return is due to being misprinted, defective or damaged we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange after we have received it. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or an exchange can be made with free shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@SearchFor10.com.
Processing and Shipping Times
Since each order is individually made, your order will ship in 5-7 working days from our print vendor and framer.
Shipping times range from 3-7 business days.

Packages Lost in Transit
If you have not received your package, please contact us at contact@SearchFor10.com and we will try to track it down. You must notify us no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
