Returns/Exchanges
We value our clients and want you to enjoy your purchase. Please let us know if your product is misprinted, defective, or damaged in shipping.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
If your return is due to being misprinted, defective or damaged we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange after we have received it. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or an exchange can be made with free shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@SearchFor10.com.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You can contact us for any return questions at contact@SearchFor10.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Packages Lost in Transit
If you have not received your package, please contact us at contact@SearchFor10.com and we will try to track it down. You must notify us no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
