Part 13—Two Halves Make a Whole

In Part 12, I shared the left half of my sketch page. Now it's time to reveal the right half! With both sides together, the total animal count has grown to 60.

One of the biggest challenges was deciding how large to draw the animals. Those farther in the distance needed to appear smaller to create a sense of depth and perspective. To make the sketches easier to see and work with, I enlarged most of them by 25% using a copier.

My next step is to refine several of the sketches, especially the large cow in the pen. With the planning nearly complete, I'm getting closer to creating the final drawing. Exciting times are ahead!
