Part 28—Crossed Eyes and New Meanderings Wrap It Up!

The turtles and kittens are complete, and once again I am making another little change with the landscape in Barnyard Adventures. This time it is with the creek’s meandering—it makes more of a definite loop off the canvas than previously, off into the distance.

The windmill is also now completed. It was the last big piece. I swear I was going cross-eyed trying to paint all the cables connected on the sides of it!

You may remember that in the initial colored pencil renderings it was blue. I later changed it to red, and I’m glad I did because now it ties together nicely with the red barns. Between the sky, pond, and creek, there is enough blue.

WOW! I can’t believe I am on the final home stretch!!

All I have left to paint are the Search For 10 letters across the sky…but that is for the next post!
